Savoury Jelly Party Spreads
– 1/4 cup Sweet Red Pepper or Wild Dandelion Wine or Jalapeno Jelly
– 1 – 8 oz (250 g) package cream cheese (Works great with low or no- fat cheeses.)
– your favourite crackers
– your favourite baguette, thinly sliced
Combine jelly and cream cheese, blending until smooth. Check taste.
Add more jelly for a creamier mixture.
Refrigerate for an hour to allow flavours to blend completely.
OR
For a layered look, just plop softened cream cheese onto a fancy plate and spoon jelly over top.
Add a couple of funky spreaders and serve.
